Welcome to Travigo Safari (travigosafari.com). We are a private wildlife tour booking provider. By accessing our website, making an enquiry, or booking any travel services (including jungle safaris, resort packages, and taxi transfers) with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Identification Requirements
• To request or secure a jungle safari permit, clients must provide accurate personal details (Full Name, Age, Gender) exactly as they appear on their government-issued identity documents.
• Every visitor must carry the same Original ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport) that was used during the booking process.
• Forest Department entry gates strictly reject digital copies, screenshots, or photocopies. Failure to produce the original physical ID will result in denied entry without any refund.
2. Wildlife Safari Permit Regulations
• Travigo Safari acts as a facilitator to secure permits. All safaris are entirely regulated by the respective state Government Forest Departments (such as Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh Forest Departments).
• Once a safari permit is officially generated by the government portal, it becomes completely non-transferable. Names, dates, timings, and safari gates cannot be changed under any circumstances.
• The Forest Department authorities reserve the absolute right to change safari routes, entry zones, or vehicle pathways at any moment without prior notice due to weather conditions, safety protocols, or administrative reasons.
3. Resort Accommodations and Packages
• Check-in and check-out timings are determined by the specific wildlife resorts booked under your tour package. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges from the resort.
• Any damage caused to the resort property, rooms, or vehicles by the guests during their stay will be charged directly to the guest before departure.
4. Transportation and Cab Transfers
• Our taxi services cover pick-ups from airport/railway stations (such as Nagpur) to the respective tiger reserves.
• Guests are requested to adhere to the mutually agreed itinerary timelines. Delays from the guest's end that lead to missed safari slots or connecting transits will not be the responsibility of Travigo Safari.
5. Limitation of Liability
• Travigo Safari will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss of baggage, illness, or delay caused during the tour due to natural factors, vehicle breakdowns on forest tracks, or sudden park closures.
• We do not guarantee tiger or specific wildlife sightings during safaris, as forest entries are purely nature-driven wildlife excursions.
6. Legal Jurisdiction
• Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of the services provided by Travigo Safari will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Maharashtra, India.
